Pilates exercises promote strength and balanced muscle development, as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for joints.

Recommended by doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors around the world, Pilates programs are available for everyone. Whether you are a fitness regular who is looking to increase tone and strength, to elderly persons seeking balance and increased range of motion; or a person who is getting in shape, to professional athletes seeking the edge in their sport...and everything in between.

Our certified instructors are certified Pilates professionals who challenge their students to take their ability to the next level.  Our student's notice improvements in the first month of regular Pilates practice.

K2 Pilates is a fully-equipped studio with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, including the Allegro "Tower of Power" reformer AND the Pilates MVE Chair.  The Tower of Power features elements that work the entire body, we offer Beginner,  Intermediate and Advanced Classes.

EVERYONE NEEDS A LITTLE CARDIO!

Try the "K2" this class starts with 30 minutes of SPIN followed by 30 minutes of Pilates.  Your Pilates credits apply to the "K2"!

It is suggested that all clients new to Pilates complete two  demos prior to entering the Reformer Classes.  Demos can be scheduled at the studio or over the phone 783-9033.
